  • Noticing a common challenge or theme amongst a group of individuals in your organization or within a community group you manage? Group coaching is a facilitative process that leverages the resources and knowledge of a group of individuals and helps them work towards a common goal or desired outcome. Typically 6-8 people per group.

Workshops are best suited to a group of approximately 10 - 50 people and can range from 60-90 minutes in length.   • If we assume we’ll spend approximately ⅓ of our lives working, how we work and how we take care of ourselves both in and out of work matters. This workshop will educate your team on what happens in the body when we experience stress, strategies to inspire your team to proactively take care of their mental health and practical tools to to transform how they feel everyday at work.

  • The quality of our relationships at work matter and have a direct impact on employees overall job satisfaction, confidence, productivity and performance. This workshop will help your team understand the underlying relationship dynamics at play in their everyday interactions, how to navigate conflict, setting boundaries and improving communication.

  • This workshop on authenticity at work will explore the relationship between authenticity > wellbeing > and work outcomes.

    We cover what being authentic at work actually looks like and on the flip side what does inauthenticity look like at work and the impacts of this.

    We do an exercise to help you become more self-aware of who you are at work and parts of yourself you hold back.

    We explore the important topic of boundaries and authenticity and how to encourage an authentic culture.

    This session also combines will with a panel discussion where selected members discuss the importance of authenticity in their career.

  • Transforming Your Inner Critic is a coaching workshop to help you overcome the internal obstacles that hold you back from the success and fulfilment you want to see in your life and career.

    The workshop will help you:

    -Get to know your inner critic - what is it, what’s its purpose, how it’s influencing you now

    -Get to know and strengthen your inner mentor and how you can use it to empower your next steps

    -You will gain practical tools to empower your next steps and engage in supportive group discussion to help you let go of self-doubt to help us take imperfect, courageous action.

  • Custom designed leadership workshops for groups of 10 max.

    Great opportunity to build up leadership skills and how to leverage coaching techniques in leadership.

    It combines learning, discussion and practical group exercises to enhance learning.

  • This session centres around something we can always guarantee in life - change. This workshop can be customised to support your team to navigate change in their life or at work.

    This session will help your team to become more aware of their relationship with change.

    It will offer practical tools to help your team feel more equipped to handle changes you’re experiencing now, in the future, or even to support someone in your life who is going through a time of change/transition.

    This session will also give your team a chance to connect with one another on this shared human experience of navigating change. When we’re going through a change in life it can feel very isolating, but it is usually a time where we need support and community the most.

“As a community project we support people with a variety of mental health issues in the East London area. We wanted to be able to organise events and provide a safe space where our clients could think about their life’s goals, improve their self-confidence, manage their anxiety better and become more positive about the future in general.
